Restocking restaurant items such as Salt and Peppers, Glassware, Silverware Pre Bussing and clearing tables in an efficient and timely manner These include but are not limited to: Polishing silverware, sweeping floors, clearing and setting table Perform various side work duties that help improve the efficiency of the dining experience. Maintaining a clean and well organized environment for guests and team members Team Work, Friendliness, Patience, Selflessness, Service, & Pride Maintain working knowledge of available services and amenities offered throughout the Hotel and community.Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management that the associate is capable of performing.Excellent guest service skills ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards.F&B Service Standards: Knowledge of all food and beverage service standards and procedures including service time, presentation, and quality standards.Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds ability to push up to 50 pounds.Beverage Knowledge: Knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks served on restaurant premises.Maintain working knowledge of available services and amenities offered throughout the resort and community.The ability to work professionally while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service.Ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and on stairs Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces. Assist the Bistro server by focusing on bussing tables, setting tables, and assisting with table service.
